About Heather Wilson
A steady guide, from the first showing to closing day
Real estate experience across two states, a nurse’s attention to detail, and firsthand knowledge of what it takes to start over somewhere new.
Her Story
Real estate, nursing, and a life built around service
Heather started her real estate career in North Carolina in 2000 and went on to earn her broker associate license there before adding a Florida sales associate license to her background. Along the way she also went back to school, earned her degree, and became a registered nurse — a steady, detail-driven mindset that carries straight into how she manages contracts, deadlines, and her clients’ peace of mind.
As the spouse of a retired disabled veteran, Heather and her family moved seven times over the course of his military career. Each move meant learning a new town, a new school system, a new community from scratch — and it’s given her a genuine, first-hand understanding of what her relocating clients are going through.
After all those moves, Heather and her husband put down roots in Citrus County in 2020. Today she works across Citrus, Hernando, and Pasco County, bringing that same patience and organization to every first-time buyer, veteran, retiree, and relocating family she serves.
